I am delighted to send my best wishes to all members of the Moulvibazar District Council and to the readers of ‘the Anchaal magazines issue-2 ‘going to celebrate its 8th anniversary on 26th August 2014.

The Moulvibazar District Council have been important in depending on British-Bangladeshi Moulvibazari community has become a significant success story here in the UK and Bangladesh. Particularly during the liberation of Bangladesh in 1971. However, within the current global context the issues of continue underachievement in education, lack of good housing, insufficient employment opportunities even of those with good education; plague the daily lives of many. Expatriate/NRB are continuously facing unnecessary hassle in Bangladesh.

It is an era to unite organisations to ensure those campaigns is at the forefront their activities and young dynamic leadership to grow.

I hope near future of Moulvibazari expatriates (Probashi) will continue with their good work together with wider community, locally nationally and internationally. Concentrating on make sure all our children are able to access equality of opportunities and live free from fear of prejudice, racism and hassle, home and abroad.

I trust Moulvibazar District Council would be able focus their vision through this Magazine I wish the organisation all success.
